We conduct mandatory age verification on all customers before orders are dispatched using reliable third-party services. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that fail our age verification checks.

We offer a range of vape products and accessories available for one-off purchases or monthly subscriptions.
All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that the colours or packaging shown on your device will exactly match the product received.
Subscription products are automatically billed at the frequency you select. You may pause, update, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account profile, subject to any notice period specified at checkout.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
We accept secure payment through Stripe, PayPal, or other authorised payment gateways. By submitting an order, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the total amount due.
If we are unable to collect payment, your order may be delayed or cancelled.
6. Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and typically delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
All delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
If your order does not arrive within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at support@smokerings.co.uk.
7. Cancellations and returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided that the items are unopened and in their original condition.
To request a return, email support@smokerings.co.uk with your order number. You must return the goods at your own cost unless they are faulty or incorrect.
We do not accept returns of:
- Opened or used e-liquids
- Personalised or perishable items
- Products purchased as part of a final sale or promotion (unless faulty)
- If you cancel a subscription order after it has been dispatched, it will be treated as a standard return.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
8. Faulty or incorrect products
If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs or ask you to return the item for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
